Selection

We select the fruit at the optimum maturity level, complying with three organoleptic index: Sala Maturity Index (Spain), California Navel Standard (USA) and Pritchett’s Tongue Diagram (USA).
Harvest

We exhaustively and proactively control the harvest to guarantee the freshness and quality of our organic citrus.
Before harvesting, we measure the turgor of the fruit with a penetrometer, to avoid micro-wounds or the breakdown of essential oils that can lead to citrus flaws.
Sorting

We optimize the latest technological resources while maintaining our DNA from over 20 years ago.
We employ modern equipment and the latest sorting technology, which allows us to serve our customers a wide range of products.
Packaging

Our warehouse team has years of experience tailoring packaging to our customers’ requirements.
